Guests must read and understand all the information.
It is your responsibility:
To know the requirements set by the country you are traveling to and your airline (what type of test you need, how far in advance you need to be tested, what information needs to be included in the report)
To get an appointment at the COVID TEST area before the date when your test sample needs to be taken
APPOINTMENT HOURS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (FROM 9:00 AM TO 1:00PM - FROM 2:30PM TO 5:00 PM)
No test samples will be taken without an appointment
If you are traveling in a family group, only one member is allowed to make the appointment, so as to avoid crowds and waiting
You must bring ALL the passports of the people who are going to be tested
If testing is not included, take your means of payment with you. Payment must be made when the appointment is made
Test results are e-mailed within the established time frame. Please be patient about this, because it takes some time to process the tests, record the results, write out the reports and send them securely
It is the guest’s responsibility to check the report’s information on receipt of the report
In case of any incidents, we will be pleased to help you. DO NOT LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT WITHOUT YOUR RESULTS

Incidents
If you do not receive your results in the established time frame or your results contain a mistake, there is a form you can obtain from the Concierge or the Covid Testing area
